Fisher Pyrenees Shiraz 6 x 750ml

Produced from estate grown fruit in the Pyrenees Ranges, Victoria before being matured for 18 months in French and American oak barrels. The 2017 Fisher Pyrenees Cellar Reserve Shiraz gives a delightful and complex blend of blackcurrant and floral violet on the nose. With cool nights and long ripening periods the floral characters fully develop whilst maintaining fruit concentration. The time in oak adds both complexity and depth so that in the glass the concentration of colour reflects the palate of the wine. Dark fruit notes of blackberry and blackcurrant continue throughout the length of the palate finishing with complex leather tannins to complete the mouthfeel. Drink now or careful cellaring will reward after 5 years.
