1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • All states and territories within Australia

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

a. Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Orders under $100: $15.00 flat rate
    • Orders $200 and above: Free shipping
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • $20.00 flat rate for all orders

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to various regulations, we are unable to ship to certain locations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

a. Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will look at each case independently and inform the customer of our decision. 

b. Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you provide incorrect or incomplete shipping information, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order.
